D3 fastest way to farm forgotten souls Patch#
Unless you want to farm Ramaladni’s Gift once the Patch goes live, I prefer being stocked with gold and Forgotten Souls for a long bout of enchanting with Myriam. You can also place your summon sign and help people with Ornstein and Smough, they will net you 25,000 souls upon death, and this number can be increased if you equip the Silver Serpent Ring and/or the Symbol of Avarace before the souls are transferred to your character. Forgotten Souls You’re going to need a lot of Forgotten Souls if you want to make sure all the rings and amulets you own have sockets. 18k every 3 minutes isn't too bad, but I admit that it can be very monotonous. You can equip the Hornet Ring to do more critical hit damage, and this can also be combined with Power Within for even better results. O wait I guess boting is even faster because you sleep while boting so time is not so relevant. It takes around 2 minutes per rift + 30 secs for rift closing. You can equip the Symbol of Avarace and the Covetous Silver Serpent Ring to get even more souls. Sages set is outdated, now the fastest way is the use the fastest class, LON monk / flash wizard / crusader and do rifts in 4 man party. You can use six items from a single Set to max out its bonuses, or mix and match multiple Sets.
Instead of a Legendary effect, Set items have Set bonuses that activate when you equip 2, 4, and 6 items from the same Set. Anyway, if you're good at parrying and you have an efficient weapon that will kill them in one riposte, then you can simply parry and riposte every knight, then go back to Solaire's bonfire and repeat. Set items are the Legendary equivalent for your secondary equipment slots: your amulet, two rings, belt, gloves, and boots.
If you overkill them, then you get a bonus percentage, which I think is an additional 300 souls. There are 11 Silver Knights in the castle halls of Anor Londo, and on your first playthrough I believe that they will each net you 1,000 souls upon death.
